Whether we're working with an organization or an individual, our process is pretty similar.
We start with a short phone conversation, typically about 15 minutes long, to discuss your issue or concern. This helps us determine if we're the right law firm to handle your needs or if we need to refer you to another resource. There's no charge for this initial conversation.
If we are the right fit for your needs, the next step is a billable conference call or in-person meeting to discuss the issue. Typically, this call or meeting lasts an hour to an hour and a half. We listen to your concerns and provide recommendations on next steps and the estimated amount of time to complete the work.
The next step is execution of the recommendations discussed, which may include writing documents, amending documents, communicating with other parties, or conducting training for your organization. After that, we conduct follow-up training and meetings as needed.
