Nonprofit Solutions Law Celebrates 20 Years of Supporting Oklahoma Nonprofits

Nonprofit Solutions Law proudly celebrates its 20th anniversary of providing dedicated legal services to nonprofits across Oklahoma. Since its founding in 2004, the firm has worked with more than 1,200 organizations to help navigate legal challenges, maintain compliance, and build strong foundations to achieve their missions.

Founded by attorney Jeri Holmes, Nonprofit Solutions Law was born out of a deep passion for both legal work and charitable efforts. Jeri discovered the need for specialized nonprofit legal services while volunteering and realized many organizations were struggling to stay compliant with legal guidelines. This inspired her to start the firm and dedicate her career to supporting nonprofits.

“My vision from the beginning was to help nonprofits succeed by giving them the tools to navigate the complex legal landscape they face,” said Jeri Holmes. “I’m proud of the work we’ve done over the past 20 years and the impact we’ve had on so many incredible organizations. This anniversary is a testament to the importance of the work we do and the partnerships we’ve built with nonprofits.”

The firm will celebrate this milestone with a 20th Anniversary Celebration on Oct. 17, 2024, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, 701 N. Lindsay Ave. in Oklahoma City. “Being part of this team has been a rewarding experience,” said Jennie Hill, an attorney who joined the firm full-time last year. “The impact we’ve had on Oklahoma’s nonprofit sector is inspiring.”
